Membership

Membership of the club is open to anyone aged 7 and over. There is a wealth of experience in the club and numbers are expanding – archers new to the area and beginners are always welcome. The club is also a recognised disabled friendly club.

Membership of the club also brings with it membership of the Kent Archery Association and Archery GB (the Grand National Archery Society), the national governing body for the Olympic sport of target archery in the UK. As members of Archery GB archers will also be able to shoot at open competitions across the UK and, by arrangement, will also be able to shoot as guests at other Archery GB affiliated clubs in the UK.

All members will also receive a free copy of “Archery UK” on a quarterly basis. This is the official Archery GB magazine which includes interesting articles together with details of all the competitions that are open to members. If you don’t currently receive your copy, please let the Club Secretary know and he will ensure that your name is added to the mailing list.

Club membership is £70.00 (adult, disabled, associate) £35.00 (junior, junior disabled), an additional £10 for compound archers and is due in January. There is a fee of £5 per day for visiting archers.

Plus, for Archery GB affiliation, £50 (renewing senior) £53 (new senior) £13 (renewing under 25 / disabled) £17 (new under 25 / disabled), fees due in September. All fees shown are for one year and work on a pro-rata system for part year membership.

All NEW membership enquiries should be sent to the Club Secretary via email on the Contact Us page.
